Rooms and Balcony - Pleasant Ambience

The large scaled vacation apartment, with approx. 55 square meters, is ideal for 2 persons. Over the spacious staircase your reach comfortable the apartment and went into your new vacation residence. On special request of our visitors, the apartment is open for up to 4 persons. For this purpose some comfortable, extensible couch corner fittings are available in the living room. All rooms are endowed with massive oakwood parquet floors and comfortably decorated with genuine oriental carpets.

The living room congenially fit out, offers above a big glass front free look onto the green gardens of the surrounding houses. Comfortable furniture brings at a glass of the well known Munich Beers or however a jug of good wine the relaxing atmosphere that one wants for a restful vacation. Colour TV with cable connection and a radio hold you on the current state of the events.

Over a service hatch, at the same time formed as a bar, you serve yourself directly from the bright and technically at best equipped kitchen, which does not let any wishes open. Microwave oven, dishwasher, electrokombi stove with ceran-field, refrigerator, percolator and an electro-bread sausage cutting machine appertain to the luxury equipment. Thus all at technique which turns the wanted self-sufficiency into a practical pleasure, is offered to you.

In the case of beautiful weather, hearing the birds singing, the balcony invites you to a breakfast in the warm morning sun.

For your daily toilet, a bright daylight room with toilet, shower, manual washbasin as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer are available.

The bedroom offers a big double bed. Two cupboard walls offer sufficient stowage for clothing and laundry. Radio alarm, reading lamps and an ironing board with an iron are available as well.

At this place it is expressly pointed out, that all bed & table laundry as well as towels are available and of course, only the very most personal things are to be brought along by you.
