We always take care for a free car parking lot in the yard of our estate. Best and fast traffic accessibility, both for the shopping in the city center as also for a visit of the many sights of our city, with the museums, theaters as well as other expectations onto the southern metropolis of Germany. An underground railway station is only 3 going-minutes away. From here you are in 8 minutes in the City Center, in 10 minutes at  the Munich Exhibition Area (Messestadt Ost) and in 45 minutes at the Airport. No pets allowed - Please take care that we can not accept any animals with regards to hyper-allergenic guests. Non-Smoking area - Please take care that with regards to our non smoking guests we are a smoke free house. Numerous good restaurants, however, also congenial Bavarian Inns waiting for your visit, offering a pleasant atmosphere to you. Our favorable location at the green edge of the city puts a short accessibility to all expressways in the case of journeys by car over the Middle Ring, especially in the direction of south & west, there to the Alps and the well known lakes in the foothills of the Alps. Numerous wonderfully sited golf courses in the near surrounding area invite all interested visitors to this sporting pleasure.
